Depends on how far you want to take it down. If you are just looking to remove the locks for cleaning, then just a matter of one or a few screws and being careful to remove them. If you want to actually take the locks apart, then it can get more involved. Every one is differnt. Do one at a time so that you have the assembled one as a reference if you should need one. Or as El Garro states, take some pictures.
