The gun and extra barrel came in a canvas case and it is tired. I don't trust it to carry the gun around in. Did these older american guns come cased? I assume not. Should I try to find a two barrel case to fit it? or should I get another Leg-o-Mutton type like it has. I would like to keep the extra barrel with it.
I plan on bringing it to a gunsmith to have it checked out. Any recomendations on someone close to Mass. I have one recomendation but I am looking for others. If everything checks out I plan on shooting this gun so I have to have the stock lengthened. What kind of time frame for this operation? I am not famous for my patience
