My friend in Anchorage has one a lot like yours.
The triggers are Pacific and they take-up slack but I don't believe that they are "Set".
The buttplate is a Pacific one on the rifle here and the caliber is .22-3000 Lovell using a 1922 barrel.
The local rifle does not have a cheek-piece and can't tell if by the same person. My friends rifle was made in Alaska by a guy named "Rau" or "Nau" a long time ago. I'll try to find out which name is correct but no promises.
Next time I see it I'll have my camera and we can compare them.
