I think it's a restock to straight grip. That trigger guard is too short and the stock looks like it has too much nose it in to be an original Lefever.
What do you guys think?
I'm not 100% sold on the short triggerguard thing when it come to the lower grade Lefevers.

But everytime I look at the stock, I think it's original.
Any other opinions on this?
Does anyone out there have a straight gripped G or H grade Lefever with a long triggerguard on it?
BTW: didn't Ithaca use sunburst pads like that? I wonder if it went back to them for a new stock with a pad on it and that's when the conversion happened.
