I would have someone turn a brass bar to inside diameter of the bbl and peen it back to flat.

Going price is $35 at the Southern or VC. Numerous such "dings" get fixed there. You can fix it if it distrubs your "fing shwe." Otherwise, just shoot it.

If you are anywhere near Claremeont NH you m ight try N.E. Custom Guns. They'll tell you right away. They do very good work but aren't cheap.
