Sure doesn't look very poorly stamped in that blow up, does it. 9.8 would be ok too. I've had to reform and fireform brass before and have no problem doing so again if I know where to start. I don't have access to a lathe anymore so turning rims or heads might be something of a challange. 16 bore would be preferable but 20 is ok too. Brass hulls, if required, are available for both. The Cape gun I looked at last week was German and the rifle was on the right. But I haven't looked at many.
Barnes doesn't list any 9.8's. Would that be about 40 caliber? There are a couple 9.5's and various 10.15's.
That cheek rest in the link is also quite "hefty" and that's quite a drilling. Black powder is fine and is indeed the preferred propellant. It's about all I use anymore. How much is 200,000 Euros?
