I started this post not because my hobby is call making, but because most of the callmakers as I can see confusing Custom and Handmade meanings IMHO.
And I guess it's shame do not know your own language

The words "custom made" and "handmade" are used by craftsman very widely to emphasize, accurately or not, that their products having some superior craftsmanship.
BTW, the U.S. never established a national language officially. That's why many public services have to publish documents in various languages. The U.S. went most of the way toward a national language by requiring immigrants to learn english as a requirement to become naturalized citizens and other areas like pilot communications, etc..
