I use it where needed. The upland on Federal land requires it in Western Montana on the reservation south of Flat Head Lake. This is upland and ducks and geese. Like usual the geese get a larger shot.

I thought so, but was not sure. Couldn't see why anybody would choose to use TM at $3.50 a pop when they could use lead at $.35 apiece.

I understood the regs, but thanks anyway. For me, the difference in shell prices is enough to keep me hunting
EITHER upland
OR waterfowl, independently of the other. My hunting never crosses over to where I do both at the same time.
