Hello, I am new to this forum but I sure could use some help.
I recently acquired a 1908 SxS in good condition and I am not a collector.
I am hoping if I give a description somebody might be able to give me a guide line on it's value.
The imprint on the left barrel is Kgl. Hofruchsenmacher
The imprint on the right barrel is H. Scherping. Hannover
Then there is a small circle with 3 names around it: Krupp Prima and Stahl
It is a 12 gauge with 29 1/2" barrels
The serial number is 637 and the barrels, receiver, and forearm all match.
On the bottom of the barrels it says NITRO
There were several letters and markings on the receiver when taken apart. W U 13/1 12 in a circle
I have some pictures downloaded but I need a new photographer.
Any input or help would be appreciated, I spent hours on the internet searching until I came across this forum and then signed up.
Thank you,
