I doubt that they'll go for the "world class" market. Most of Chinese manufacturing is pointed toward the low-middle market. The high-end manufacturing that's being supported by their government is more strategic, like cars and airplanes.
Substitute current Remington or Winchester (or take your pick)for Chinese and and it's the same mass market stuff.
