Clay told me that the only way to get most the huge logs out of the mountains is by horse and cart, the trees are often times in places where no roads exist, and the extraction is quite difficult and dangerous, and as our appetite for nice wood keeps growing they have to search further and deeper in to the mountains...so if you factor all the work that goes in to each piece I would say they are worth every penny
