Mike the advice already given is good. The pivoting trunnions come in over sizes to assist in putting the barrels back on face, changing them side to side very often works. Oversize locking bolts are available and because they are conical on the barrel mating face there really is no need to ream the mating holes. Barrel shoulders also come in oversizes but later 682's were fixed and unable to be changed, changeable ones are easily identified by their retaining screw (absent on fixed shoulders). A GOOD gunsmith can fix any wear & tear for a small cost.
