I went back and looked at his email about the handstretcher. He described it as being able to move from left to right. I believe it is a hand cocking mechanism. I have Blaser R93s and R8s and I do like that system. Now that you mention it, Mr. Bleile, I did see "nicht fur Kugel" on an old drilling and I knew at one time what it meant. Thanks for reminding me. I think that kugel gets used a lot to denote a tube shooting a solid projectile, as I have seen "K" on a drilling barrel selector. It's not so different as the English adoption of the noun for the projectile tube as "barrel", when that term originally was applied to a storage vessel.
