Sorry, Raimey, but it is an Eckoldt patent action, 1913 DRP 262444! in this photo the forward end of the cocking lever, which is pressed down by the rear barrel lump on closing the gun, is clearly visible, here in the "up" position. This lever is the reason for the two screws in front of the triggerplate.
