Jerry is correct. I know of a magnetic vehicle rack that worked just fine, but it didn't keep the owner from driving off anyway and running over his own gun; and too there is the tale of BoWhoop, no fatality, but still a hunting accident if there ever was one. We should not tempt fate. Play it safe .. and the only way to do that is to BE SAFE. The season is upon us all and all are one year older than last, lets keep it that way .. and I shall stop the tilt, but do pause to think firearm safety. We all have sufficient tragedies in our lives as it is w/o need for a firearm related one.
