That looks to be a Ferlach version of the Krupp steel stamp. Marcus/Markus Ogris was a contemporary of Ferdinand Lebeda of A.V. Lebeda & Shne, Gustav E. Fkert, Johann Fckert and others who were in full swing by the early 1870s. Some give the Marcus Ogris either retailed the most or made/offered the most in Ferlach from the turn of the 20 Century to just after WWI( I guess proofhouse records would validate this). He had a patent or shared patent 18567 for the lockup on a tipping weapons from 1904. There's a Ogris cat who is a master gunsmith in/near Ferlach(near Klagenfurt??) that is more than likely a descendant and I bet might have some info:
