Dig, did you mean the Armstrong of Glasgow was the one pictured in the Hollis Bentley and Playfair catalog ? I have often wondered who HB&P made guns for. Must have been many since Bentley and Playfair were in that business since about the mid 1800s, I guess. I saw an interesting Bradell [sp?] from Ireland once, that we could tie in to the Bentley and Playfair source. I would guess we often credit Scott and Webley and Scott as a source, when there are clues that another might have done the work.
