Very nice Mike, are any of those possibly percussion conversions?

Thanks for posting the picture Mike Harrel. Lovely gun. I have about 15 times more than that in my unknown namer Ebrall Brothers of Shrewsbury gun.
775 I don't think mine is a conversion because typically the muzzleloader conversions will have a 16 bore chamber and a 14 bore bore because when the barrel was made there was no provision in outside barrel diameter for a chamber. I know that is poorly written but I hope I got my point across.
Best,
Mike

The Scott looks like a real winner. Did that come out of the UK?

I don't think so; being one of the far flung outposts of Empire, and being that there always has been plenty of small game to hunt, that there has been plenty of money in the economy from gold and wool, many fine British guns were bought new in the day, and have remained here ever since. RG

Here's a link to series of photos of a neat little 16 gauge Tolley, 26" Damascus, 4 lbs. 8 oz. loaded, made in 1895. http://16ga.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=12354

GLS, I don't suppose that 16 is for sale anywhere is it? Speaking of single barrel Tolleys, here's mine. 12 Gauge, 29"barrels and 5 lbs 2 oz.

Here's what appears to be a fairly nice early single shot for sale. Been available for quite a long while so perhaps a deal could be struck. Don't worry about the auction ending tonight, he always relists them. (I'm not involved). http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=276758946

Gil,
The Tolley is lovely. I used to buy single hammer guns quite cheap - I remember a back action provincial gun by hughes with damascus barrel and Jones underlever. I bought it for 70 and gave it to my finisher as a Christmas present. When I saw how much they are making in the US recently, I almost asked for it back!
