My main issue is finding ones that fit like a real boot, not something you have to wear two pair of socks in to keep your feet from moving around in, don't overheat me like neoprean does, and has some grip.


Most of my experience with rubber boots comes from hunting pheasants in Iowa. Fields are relatively small, meaning you end up negotiating a lot of fences. Sooner or later, you're going to puncture them. That's why I've always gone with decent but not overly expensive rubber boots. La Crosse fits that niche.
