Hi everyone, I have been searching for info on this gun and found this board. I inherited if from a relative around 5 years ago, he bought it new. The story goes the LOP was fitted for him. His measurements were sent in and it was made to those specs. True or not, I don't know, we all know how stories throughout the years change.
It's a 20ga. As you can see in the pictures, a repair was done in the stock. Serial number in the 450xxx range. I guess what I am wondering is what it is? Model, etc? Also, what would be an approximate value on it? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

20 ga nid's are scarce. grade 1 guns are more scarce. as for value, list it on gunbroker with lots of bright pictures for a week or so. they will let you know what it is worth today...my guess is around a grand, barring no other major flaws and the stock repair you mentioned was done right and looks ok.

A 20 gauge NID is well worth keeping, fixing and using. And as a simple suggestion buy the new book on these Ithaca doubles it is well worth the price.
