Well, as soon as something is sold "AS IS", I hope for the best but expect the worse. Then there are no surprises. Perhaps the seller should have stated the loose rib. However, it was marked as is and that means there is a bit of a gamble. And when marked "as is", the buyer doesn't need to take it back. In this case they did. When I sell a gun to someone, I tell them I will take it back if they are not happy but I tell them I will not give shipping costs back. I will not pay for shipping because someone changed their mind after the sale.
