To be fair , I think a few good close up pic would be a wee bit better than your original description of...." Double side x side 12 gage muzzle loader percussion cap exposed hammers with F.W.Harrold engraved"....doesn't really tell much of anything.
Throw up a few good close ups of top, bottom, & sides of action, stock etc.
You didn't actually ask an actual question in your first post, just asked for help.
There are some serious gun nuts on this site with a good deal of expertise ...
If your looking for when it might have been built, what kind of quality gun it was when first made, what it might be worth etc ...its pointless without pictures.
So throw some up n you'll have a good shot of some answers.
