As fyi; The "localhost" or it's alternate 127.0.0.1 address is for a webpage that is sitting on your local PC. No-one else can see it besides you. You need to follow the instructions on the FAQ page for posting pictures. Basically, you must first have the image sitting on a web server and point to it with that domain name/file address as in the first example. If you paste that link into the text of a BBS posting it will show as a link that you can click and open. If you surround that address with [img] [/img] it will show up as an image as you see above.
