The seller obviously watched TV while he should have learned how to read the name on his gun and when to use apostrophe's.

Could be an on purpose slur. The guy has done more Parker damage than the torch case hardner smith. Fake stamps, upgrades, non bone hardening, ect. Del butcher is a good name. Sorry if I am unclear on my opinion.

How about "ITHICA", especially on GunsAmerica when the category is Ithaca. I, for one, wouldn't buy a gun from someone who can't spell the name correctly.

A lot of el geckos that I have seen changed color somewhere along the line, making them pretty easy to spot and they used to be frequently represented as exactly what they were, tightened up and oft 'up-graded' old Parkers that were just that and nothing more. I doubt many ended up being less, but it was never really possible to see what they started as when they were sent in for their specific form of cosmetic surgery.

In the 70's there were a number of them being sold in the Corpus area and none that I was aware of was the least misrepresented nor was it priced inappropriately. A grand to 1200 would buy an A1 type o' re-do, but the blue was always a bit too, for my tastes.

Spel N went out with digital messaging tho it was sorta predated by ebonics ;-) both came from the sillycon valley locust more or less. Nerdly is cuwel, don'cha no? An anyways some o' them guys that didn't get so far in skool'n can sure nuff take care o bidness and some can shoot 2! Lots o' them boys hires 'A' students to work for 'em. Kinda gets down to whether you want a road/bridge/well/building or you wanna be impressed with correct spelling. But you gotta remember a spell chequer don't differentiate between a viscous coupling and a vicious coupling, tho most regular folks would. I'll refrain from being any more pacific ;-) Just something to bare in mind. Them enron boyz had a lot o' learn N didn't they. Stick to real stuff and do as many deals as possible with a look in the eye and a handshake. You can tell a lot by a handshake and you can read more in a man's eye than a contract, no matter how good the construct.
