New Winchester and sometimes Remington Krag brass is available probably least expensively from www.grafs.com or midwayusa.com. Unless there is no choice I try to avoid 2nd hand brass because you truly have no idea about its previous usage history. I consider grafs a first choice source because prices are usually competitive, shipping is included, and I have always gotten great service from them. New 30-40 dies and basic bullet moulds made by Lee are probably least expensive with it worth googling to find the currently least expensive Lee product source. Factoring in free shipping, this is often Grafs. I am among those many people that has always been fully satisfied with performance of Lee products and much prefer Lee's simple approach to case length trimming. But others are not happy unless they pay more. People seem to obsess over moulds. But if you are not already an experienced bullet caster, or somebody you trust tells you there really is only one particular mould which produces 30 caliber bullets loved by Krags, Lee is probably as good a place to start as any.
