As a lawyer I can assure you that YES, the Supreme Court can reverse any of its prior decisons any time 5 of the 9 current members vote to do so. The existence of our Second Amendment is literally hanging by a 1 vote thread.

I live just 20 miles from our mutual border. Congratulations to you and your countrymen. It is virtually impossible to get a freedom back once it has been taken away, so your collective accomplishment is remarkable indeed. Any chance that they will also relax the long gun registration/permit requirements for the US citizens coming into Canada to hunt? I suspect that I am hoping for too much, but it can't hurt to ask.
