4500 + 1500 on the low side still puts you at 6,000 for a gun that mechanically may be good but what about the wood issues and the bluing on the barrels. You would still need to blue it after raising dents and the forearm essentaily needs to be replaced or have extensive repair. So by the time you get it looking like something more than a boat paddle you have 7000 to 8000 in a refinished gun which knocks the hell out of any collector value and you end up with an over priced shooter.
