I sell lots of guns and get almost no returns but due to people wanting to swap parts and then return the gun, shooting with unknown ammo, ill fitting screwdrivers, and a assortment of other problems with unknown buyers I offer only a 3 day non-shooting inspection. I do my very best to describe a gun both the good parts and the flaws but I have been forced to protect myself from some of the "buyers" out there. If someone can not live with my terms then they are welcome to shop elsewhere. From my website, auctions, and Guns America:
Inspection/Returns - If there is any undisclosed problem with an item I sends to you, please call or email ASAP. There is a THREE-DAY non-shooting examination period. If the Buyer does fire the firearm at any time during the inspection period, the sale is considered final. Inspection consists of external examination, functioning the action by hand to see it operates as advertised, checking bore and having headspace checked by a gunsmith. No further disassembly is permitted, include but not limited to turning any screws or removing any punch pins. Firearms are sold as collectibles and have not been test fired nor headspaced. A qualified gunsmith should examine all firearms before shooting.
The product must be returned in the same condition as received and freight paid. Do not return the product COD as it will be refused. Shipping is not reimbursable. Be sure to pack and insure correctly. A refund will be made the next business day under normal circumstance.
