Once again you are prescient beyond the common place. I hope the book shows some of the old manufactory we visited. My copy is due soon. And, thank you for the subtle compliment. I own five Westleys.

Does the book discuss the various Westley derived guns with American names ?

For me personally the book does not go into the manufacture of the guns in enough depth, but I think it covers nearly everything that they have manufactured. A lot of old photographs of the various premises that Westley have occupied over the years, a good chapter about Ron Holden, Stuart Granger, and various kings & princes.
Purely from a personal note I think this manufacturer needs a book written by Donald Dallas or perhaps Vic Ventners, there is so much more to reveal about Westley Richards.

Agreed Peter. It's more of a marketing piece but a very fine one.

I have just been looking at a copy here at SCI. Very nicely presented and beautifully photographed. No thad time to get into the text in any depth. There are three versions - normal, a kind of linen bound cover and a leather bound edition. The basic one is �95. I'll have to get one.
