I offer a pre-purchase inspection for my customers. The level of inspection depends on the agreement between buyer and seller. I usually do not turn a screw. If both parties agree and I have gotten the ok from the seller, I will inspect the remainder of the gun. Standard practice is to visually inspect, measure barrels and bores, test with snap caps.
