Last I checked there was more fools with $1200 in their pockets than with $7000.

Built in 1875 or 76.....The lock plates appear in the pictures to have been polished or cleaned up, visibly buggered screws and 'patchy' bores as you claim.

Unless you measured the barrel length wrong I'd suspect they been chopped also...that weight of gun I'd expect to see 32" or better barrels.
