For the benefit of none British residents, the purchasers of this book directly from Westley Richards here in Britain are not liable to pay the Value Added Tax of 17.5%, therefore with postage and packing the book sent to you should not cost more than the standard retail price that we taxed to the eyebrows Brits do. The currency rate of exchange varies but multiplying the U/K price by 1.5 will give you a ballpark figure of what Americans could expect to pay. I.E. Ģ95.00 = US$ 142.50 approx.

I spoke with Karena too who said the books won't be ready until next week..but those who ordered should have them by the end of the month.

British VAT is actualy 20% not 17.5%. VAT is not for some reason payable on books or news papers .

If you go to the WR website and chose the US page, a popup ad of the book appears. Simply put the cursor in the window and click. You get a page with the book and pricing. $145 USD.

I ordered the book yesterday from Westley Richards. They told me that the books will be shipped from their U.S. office in about 6 weeks.

This book although a little expensive is selling like hotcakes.
Very well produced, fantastic photography, a good read. Amazing how many influential people own Westley's.
