Link works great, but where does this leav e us here in the USA? Price? Shipping cost? Will they offer shipping? Do they have representation here in the states where we can order? How did you handle it? I don't usually ask this many questions, but I'd REALLY like to have this book and just want to make sure I can get it the fastest, easiest, cheapest way.

Send Karena Clode an email @ karena@westleyrichards.co.uk. Her father is the WR MD. I ordered my book from her in early December and she was very helpful. As I understand it from Carol Barnes of Gunnerman, the WR book will ONLY be sold through Westleys. Hopefully that will include their USA branch. I may be wrong, but I believe she said the UK price will be 80 for the "trade edition." The de Luxe will be more like 300.
