Disappointment on the Atlantic surprises. We haven't seen anything as good in years.

King Brown,

I think that the generally mild winter to date has slowed the migration. For instance, the Canadian goose count for Kent County, MD was way down as of last weekend.

Delight to hear a different story to the north—confirms what others were saying about the Atlantic flyway.

We will look to book for next year very soon. With my “Back East” hunting partners, we have had the worst season in 30+ years on the eastern shore of Maryland (what have others experienced?), and so our feet are “itchy.”

Again, thank you.

Best,

Berrien

PS I will probably call/email as we finalize our plans

Kind of OT, but I saw the words "eastern shore of Maryland" and it made me think of aNat Geo show last night about the just-plain-awful snakehead fish invasion.

My wife and I were visiting her sister and B inlaw a few years ago when I first heard about this lousy thing. They live in VA just outside of DC and there was a big article in the Sunday paper about the "newly discovered" fish in the locale.

Anyway, has this infestation affected watrerfowl in any way shape or form? Just curious. I'm not a fowler myself, although I'm feeling inclined to become one lately.

This lousy situation is infuriating. Another bad-news lump from China like communism and cheaply made "steel" products.YUCK!
