Tony,
The hardest part of my job is supporting folks who are in your position. Its hard because like many in my profession I see death as a personal failure on my part. Yet every once in a while I meet someone with your courage and dignity that persuades me to get up and go to work in the morning.

Your example has done more than you know for more than just me on this forum. For that I thank you and hope the best for you and your family.
