The South lost the war, no doubt Ed, but as long as there remain those who try to re-write history, the battle is not done. Thus, the reason for the existence of the Sons of Confederate Veterans and the Daughters of the American Revolution.

The ability to write and have published a book does not automatically guarantee accuracy in that tome. Sadly, there is big market for the inaccurate written word. But, that's another one of the freedoms our ancestors fought and died for, eh?
