Well, Dale and a friend of his tried to replace the O-rings once before without getting it to work. The other day we just followed the instructions. About the only thing that I noticed that could have been a problem is that when I pressed the anvil in, the hydraulic fluid shot out of the bleed screw hole leaving a little depression in the fluid level, I made sure to top that off before putting in the bleed screw. So far it seems to be working.
Dale only refinishes shotgun barrels, so his dent raisers get used a lot.
