Gotthilf V. Nordheim was located in Mehlis circa 1912-1939. There seems to be a large family of Nordheims and if you have an interest we can sort them out.

There are a few Schuetzen rifles by the Nordheims in "Old German Target Arms' by Rowe and all.

There was a gunsmith in American named George Andrew Nordheim who worked in St Louis and then California circa 1818-1894. It would be interesting to see if he was from the same family.
