Michael, glad you are still up.
1. I would say double lever mount, 2 groves.
2. The mount is hid by the stock, I could not see the pins or screws.
3. Bolt knob, duh, but I believe it was smooth round. Otherwise it should have caught my attention.
4. Don't know the answer on the triggers.
5. Buttplate was grooved black, possibly horn (although I saw no checking or shrinkage) Best I recall screw heads were engraved.
6. Can't recall the front sight.
Hopefully I can get a few pictures tomorrow and clear up some of the confusion. And do I feel "dumb", Howell is not what it said, but Howe. The barrel contour and weight seemed correct when I compared it in my CRS memory. I was in their Greenwich store in Oct.
