Did WW Greener actually mark the sides of the actions "The Greener" on some of their guns? They very well could have, I guess I've never seen it though. Other more familiar with Greeners might be able to verify that.

I would definitely want to see the markings under the barrels. You should see Birmingham proof marks, and Greener's "Elephant" trade mark. If you see the notorious E.L.G in a circle, run.
