OP Ballistix999 Sidelock Joined: Jul 2010 Posts: 1,284 UK	Hi folks, I got my Purdey back from my stocker today. I'm really pleased with the wood. I think he's rather good at this lark. Anyway there is still a lot wrong that needs fixing, he broke a hammer pin putting back in, that's what you get with 1873 guns eh! Anyway barrels will start browning next week. I'm just going to gently clean this up. The forend is repaired but I think he's done an amazing job given what it was like 4 weeks ago! Here are some pictures...she should be finished by Christmas so I can use her on the boxing day shoot. Fingers crossed. T Few more pics on the blog!
