Wasn't big on the yellow colour either but find after about six years it has faded quite nicely. But I'll still buy Jeff's compact toe under again next time I need one.

Thanks for the recommendations. After checking out Jeffs compact toe under case, I believe thats probably the best choice for the money.

I just picked up a nice brand new canvas case that fits my doubles for $150 bucks from a local gundealer. I think it came in some junk he bought at an auction that's why he sold t to me cheap. Combination locks have never been set and heavy leather straps were never buckled. Opening it up it has Weatherby in leather stiched to the inside cover. What Weatherby it was originally made for I have no idea as I'm not into that brand.

At the sale price, the CSMC case is worthwhile. I have two that came with my RBL's and at $169 I'm tempted to buy another case, just because. When Jeff's puts the toe-under case on sale, I think that's a better buy and a nicer case. I also have a couple of those and they are extremely compact for what they hold. Jeff's toe-under cases seem to come in more sizes, both gauge and barrel length than the CSMC cases, and the cases from Jeff's fit the guns very closely, so the CSMC case might be more versatile if you want to use it for more than one gun.

Galazans cases are made in China. The problem is US customers do not want to pay for high quality cases and try to find cases as cheap as possible

mark beasland,, marks born again birdguns. After reviewing Mark's and even though it is a little more expensive than the others,I believe it is the best value. You can use Mark's for SxS and O/U. One case for two guns and it seems to be better quality. Made in Italy and not in Mexico or China.

Does anyone know the country of origin of Jeff's and Mark's cases? In particular, is it also China? I am thinking of a Model 12 case for my Christmas list, but the wrong country of origin would eliminate it.
