I've finished the restoration of the Grant number 2 gun over the weekend. Here are some pictures of the exploded view. There are quite a few parts here. All cleaned and various components restored. The stock has taken quite a while to complete. Luckily it has a very similar figure to the number 1 gun that has been restocked for me. Everything is clean and ready to be put back together...now if only I can remember what goes where... :S

I'll take more photos when it's back together (over the next couple of days).

This is the gun, if you remember, that I had to have laser welded, re filed and engraved. I'm happy I've done what I can to restore it to as much of it's former beauty to the best of my ability.

Sorry about the quality of these pictures they are taken with my old camera since I left my good camera, jumper, ear plugs case and game bag in a friends car on the shoot from Saturday!










Oh, and yes, the bendy barrels is the camera smile
