Wow, ordered them on-line Sunday night and the shells are here already!! I know where I'm going when I need 16 gauge shotgun shells in a hurry.

Two different companies in two different states. If it was RST, how long did you expect, in-state? If it was Polywad in Georgia, a 5-day ship to PA is hardly worth a "wow" either. What were you expecting, two weeks? Just saying. Glad you're happy though. Now, go "choot 'em"! JR

I have had incredibly positive experiences with RST. Great products, timely shipping and great folks when you need them!

I have mostly used RST for hunting the last few years and have been perfectly happy with both product and service. However, I must mention the service at NEW ERA. I was trying to find ammo for a snipe/dove hunt in September, and the owner (Brian?) makes me up a batch, rushes it out to me in time for the opener, then calls and e-mails a few days later to find out how the hunt went and how the shells performed. Anyhow, we're lucky to have both of those outfits. I have no complaints about Polywad either - I just don't use their shells for hunting.

Jay Menefee at Polywad is quite the inventor. He built a slug he call the Tru-Ball slug, if I remember correctly, which was bought by Federal.
I first met Jay at card shoots, where turkey guns with extremely tight chokes and, sometimes, top secret loads are used to compete.
Now he has developed a waterfowl shot that he has named "Squonds", as in a combination of square and round. Haven't heard any reports on it, but it sounds somewhat like the new Winchester load shot loaded in their "Blind Side" ammo.
