Terry, indeed 26-27 thou thick. So good enough to be smoothed and dents taken out etc. I'll do my best with this. Won't harden but will gently try and bring it back to it's former glory if I can. Lot's of work I guess...but want to get started as soon as it's through proof.

BTW I've heard Nigel Teague isn't doing lining any more. But I don't think the gun needs it...hopefully.
