I hate to tell you guys this but we use plain old military surplus spec. grease for a lot of our lubrication needs at my gun club. You know; This is the stuff you can buy in pint cans for about $1.00 a pop at most gun shows.
I've also used this same grease for hinge pin lubrication on my doubles for many years and never have had any wear problems.
Some of the stuff I've seen recommended over the years seems to be an expensive solution in search of a problem!! smile
