Details for the upcoming Southern SXS Fall Classic at Backwoods Quail Club near Georgetown, South Carolina are available online. I've gone the past two years and had a great time. Targets are fun and really interesting. Most of the course circles a pond and the woods. Always something unique (some targets were fired off a trampoline last year). Also some interesting shooting games available.
Hospitality at Hemingways is first rate, with great southern food served in the clubhouse with the football game on. There are also opportunities for preserve bird hunting and a european tower shoot ahead of the event.
Last year there were two tents of best quality vendors. Event has really grown each year and I expect it will be bigger than this year's Vintage Cup.
