Best 28's are those which are free. Ask my sons. They love the 28 and i buy all of them for them. Oh well, I am spending their inheritance. HS and STS both last about the same for me. BUt old habits die hard so I buy the red ones first. Still have a few thousand of the old style but am saving them for my old age. For what they bring on EBay I might end up selling them for cash on EBay.

I don't discriminate. All 28's are good, even if you can load them one time. Many at my club discard the Federals but I think they load fine with good life. A suprise to me was the Rios that I am now loading. I think I am on my 5th loading with these and they may have one more loading left in them. The Remingtons(STS) would seem to be as good as the old AA'S but are a bit of a disapointment. Fiocchi's are similar to the Rios. Wish there were some papers available.
