Craig I have a Syracuse Quality 2 first year of production gun that is the spitting image of your gun. I cleaned up some pitting that initially looked like craters but finished our nicely in extra heavy barrels (this gun weighs 10 pounds 5 ounces and has breech and barrel dimensions to accommodate conversion to 8 gauge). If you are interested PM me I have a nice ounce and a quarter load that Tom Armbrust tested at an average of 4866 psi. Only drawback to this load is that it uses SOLO 1250 which may be hard to come by.
