I must be blessed, but that doesn't make sense. Anyway, I have NO humidity control in my safe, nor have I since I got it in 1995. I've NEVER had a problem with rust in any amount with my firearms, or with my knives, for that matter. I live in a small town in western Massachusetts with a definite 4 season climate.
A thread like this alway gets me thinking I should do something about it. Then I ususally open my safe and check some guns, etc. and close it up. NO RUST
I can't figure it out.
Not to be a wise-guy, but is rust that big of a problem in some of your safes?
What do you fellows generally do to combat it?
